		<description>Yes. Prepare the fruit the same way. (You can double the amount of fruit and vanilla and pectin to make 8 jars.)  Cook the fruit til it gives up enough juice to dissolve the pectin, and cook the fruit/pectin for at a minute on full hard boil. Add sugar and vanilla beans, stir, the sugar will dissolve and when the whole thing boils furiously  again for a full minute it&#039;s done. STIR STIR STIR all the time or it will scorch and boil over mouth of the pot.</description>
